I have been looking at your poll, but there is something I don't understand. If someone is reviewed there are only 3 outcomes (same, reduced, scrapped), and then whoever had a reply from DLA can decide whether to do something about it or not. So out of a 100, 33% stayed the same, 18% had DLA reduced and 14% had it scrapped. What happens to the other 35%?
Thank you

The poll has 5 potential answers and is not scientific. It merely was to attempt to get a brief picture of what is happening.
