Last year i was diagnosed with Arthritis of the spine and hips, i was given income support, and then i was made to go for a Medical board, they then give me 9 points, but you needed 15 points to fail their medical, i disagreed with the report that came back, because it did not resemble the examination, i appealed and won my case in a tribunal, in the mean time they cut my Income support down to £45 for some months, its been 2 weeks since the Tribunal and i have heard nothing from the Benefits agency, in the meantime the Job centre has sent for me, to find me work, but the tribunal has found me unfit to work, i am struggling to walk, and also my cartlidge is in my left knee is painful which restricts most things i do.
Can anyone give advice on what to do next.

I moved this post to the right folder. Sorry for delay am unwell.
With respect to the Job Centre inform them (by phone followed by letter if you can) of what has happened and to check with the tribunal. They are all part of the same organisation at the end of the day. It would be helpful if you have a letter about the tribunal hearing as you could give them the direct detail of the person at the DWP you have been dealing with.
On the loss of benefit issue. Once the formal letter of the decision has been received all payments that were reduced should be increased to your normal level with any underpayment repaid. So you should expect repayment of the difference between what you expect to get and the £45 backdated.
Hope this helps,
John.
