Preparing or sorting out your affairs both in terms of your estate and your health is a sensitive area. \;Currently\, I can find\, no national HIV organisation that offers a will or Living Will service for HIV+ people. \;I have raised this with THT and will post back when I hear more. \;The law changed recently on Living Wills so if you already have a Living Will it may well be worth reviewing it to make sure it is still 'legal'.
