DWP's Own medical guidance on HIV/AIDS.

I have added this to the links page. However if you want to know what the DWP's own guidance is on HIV/AIDS and who it should be approaching for a medical report than see the section http://www.dwp.gov.uk/medical/med_conditions/hiv-aids/

This information is in the blog but may have become lost in the history. So by moving it to links it is more accessible.
